Pricing & usage

Free, Starter, and Pro are monthly plans with an included allowance of live audio hours, languages, and attendee delivery. Each plan hard-caps at that allowance: upgrade or wait for the period reset if you run out. For one-off conferences, Event is prepaid credit billed at $5/hr/language (₩7,000/hr/language), clear voice included. Estimate on Pricing, then top up from Billing when Event credit is available for your currency — the first successful top-up activates Event. Usage draws down your balance while the mic is on.

• Live audio hours: mic-active translation time (only time with the mic on is metered; setup and paused time are not counted).
• Target languages: plans include a max number of output languages per session.
• Attendee delivery: connected viewers × duration, with a free tier per session.
• Spoken language hours: clear voice for listen mode, per language with active listeners (Free trial 2 hours once, Starter 8, Pro 20 per month).
• Smart script extract, Starter 20, Pro 100, Event 10 per month (Free uses Basic extract only). See Recognition vocabulary in the Guide.

Attendees always receive live captions in their chosen language. Listen mode adds spoken audio with clear voice on every plan. Included clear-voice hours match live audio (Free trial 2 hours once, Starter 8, Pro 20 per month). When the allowance is used, listen mode falls back to device voice.

• Free, 2 clear-voice hours once (matches trial audio).
• Starter, 8 clear-voice hrs/month (matches live audio).
• Pro, 20 clear-voice hrs/month (matches live audio).
• Event: clear voice is included in the language-hour rate for one-off gatherings.

The Billing tab in your dashboard shows your current plan, allowance usage, and an illustrative monthly estimate from your sessions. Use Change plan to upgrade or downgrade. On Event, Billing shows your prepaid credit balance and a Top up action. The pricing page includes a plan comparison and the Event cost calculator.
