Pricing & usage
Monthly plans, hard caps during beta, and Event quotes.
How pricing works
Free, Starter, and Pro are monthly plans with an included allowance of live audio hours, languages, and attendee delivery. During beta, each plan hard-caps at that allowance — upgrade or wait for the monthly reset if you run out. For one-off conferences, contact sales about the Event plan.
- Live audio hours — mic-active translation time (only time with the mic on is metered; setup and paused time are not counted).
- Target languages — plans include a max number of output languages per session.
- Attendee delivery — connected viewers × duration, with a free tier per session.
- Spoken language hours — clear voice for listen mode, per language with active listeners (Free 1, Starter 10, Pro 30 per month).
- Smart script extract — Starter 20, Pro 100, Event 10 per month (Free uses Basic extract only). See Recognition vocabulary in the Guide.
Listen mode on all plans
Attendees always receive live captions in their chosen language. Listen mode adds spoken audio with clear voice on every plan. Included clear-voice hours match live audio (Free 1, Starter 10, Pro 30 per month). When the allowance is used, listen mode falls back to device voice.
- Free — 1 clear-voice hr/month (matches live audio).
- Starter — 10 clear-voice hrs/month (matches live audio).
- Pro — 30 clear-voice hrs/month (matches live audio).
- Event — quoted by sales for one-off gatherings.
Clear-voice audio is cached per caption and language, so a larger audience does not multiply voice cost.
Your billing dashboard
The Billing tab in your dashboard shows your current plan, allowance usage, and an illustrative monthly estimate from your sessions. Use Change plan to upgrade or downgrade. Event plans are set up with our sales team — choose Event on Change plan to contact us. The pricing page includes a plan comparison and an illustrative event calculator.
Starter and Pro subscribe via Stripe Checkout when billing is configured. During beta, monthly plans hard-cap at included allowance — there is no automated overage charge.
