Sharing the session
Each session has an attendee link and a QR code from the speaker dashboard. Attendees open it in a browser — no app install. The link is an unlisted URL: anyone who has it can read that session's captions. Passcode protection is on the roadmap.
On the same local network, show the QR code on screen so people can join instantly without typing a URL.

Reading on a phone
- Each person picks one reading language from the menu.
- Newest captions appear at the top; scroll down for earlier lines.
- If they scroll away, a control helps them jump back to the latest text.
- Text size can be adjusted from the attendee controls.
